Agreement Summary: By using Disciplefy, you agree to use our AI-powered Bible study service respectfully and in accordance with Christian values. You can use the app for free with limitations or purchase tokens for enhanced access. All generated content is for personal study and may not be used commercially.

By accessing or using Disciplefy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

1. Description of Service

Disciplefy is an AI-powered Bible study application that provides:

Study Guide Generation: AI-created Bible study materials based on scripture verses or spiritual topics
Multi-language Support: Content available in English, Hindi, and Malayalam
Token-based System: Usage-based access model with daily limits and purchase options
Personal Study Management: Save, organize, and share your study materials

2. User Account and Registration

2.1 Account Types

2.2 Account Registration

You may register using Google, Apple ID, or email
You must provide accurate and complete information
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
One person may maintain only one account
You are responsible for all activity under your account

3. Token System and Pricing

3.1 Token Usage

3.2 Token Purchase

Exchange Rate: 10 tokens = ₹1 (Indian Rupees)
Minimum Purchase: 50 tokens (₹5)
Maximum Purchase: 10,000 tokens (₹1,000) per transaction
Payment Methods: Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets via Razorpay
Purchased Tokens: Never expire and carry over beyond daily limits

3.3 Token Rules

Daily tokens reset at midnight (IST) and cannot be carried over
Purchased tokens are consumed before daily allocation tokens
Tokens are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy
Failed study guide generations do not consume tokens

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Uses

Personal Bible study and spiritual growth
Educational purposes in Christian settings
Preparation of sermons and teachings (with attribution)
Small group and family study sessions
Sharing study materials with your faith community

4.2 Prohibited Uses

Commercial Purposes: Selling or monetizing generated content without written permission
Automated Access: Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access our service
Abuse: Attempting to circumvent usage limits, security measures, or token systems
Harmful Content: Generating or requesting inappropriate or non-Christian content
System Interference: Disrupting or attempting to hack our systems

AI Content Disclaimer: All study guides are generated by artificial intelligence and should be used as supplementary material, not as authoritative biblical interpretation. Always verify AI-generated content against established biblical scholarship and consult with spiritual leaders when needed.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 AI-Generated Content

Study guides are generated using AI based on your inputs
While we strive for theological accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors
You should verify all study materials against established biblical sources

5.2 User Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your original input (verses, topics, questions)
Generated study guides are available for your personal use
You may share generated content with attribution to Disciplefy
Commercial use of generated content requires a separate licensing agreement

5.3 Disciplefy Intellectual Property

The Disciplefy application, algorithms, and branding remain our property
You may not reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works of our technology

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Token Purchases (Razorpay)

All token purchases are processed securely through Razorpay
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
Payment is due immediately upon purchase confirmation
Digital receipts are provided via email for all purchases
We may adjust token pricing with 30 days' notice; price changes do not affect previously purchased tokens

6.2 Subscriptions (Razorpay — Web)

Standard, Plus, and Premium subscriptions purchased on the web are processed via Razorpay
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date

6.3 Subscriptions (App Store / Google Play — Mobile)

Standard, Plus, and Premium subscriptions purchased on Android or iOS are billed and managed directly by Google Play Store or Apple App Store
Disciplefy does not process these payments and cannot issue refunds for IAP purchases
To manage, cancel, or request a refund, contact Google or Apple through their respective platforms
Subscription pricing is displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Token purchases and refund policies are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Key points:

No refunds for successfully delivered tokens
Full refunds for technical failures in token delivery
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
Standard, Plus, and Premium subscription refunds via IAP (Google Play / App Store) are handled by the respective platform, not Disciplefy
Razorpay subscription refunds are handled per our Cancellation and Refund Policy

8. Google Calendar and Fellowship Scheduling

Fellowship mentors may connect their Google account to schedule Bible study sessions. By granting calendar access, you authorize Disciplefy to:

Create Google Calendar events on your behalf
Generate Google Meet conference links for fellowship sessions
Send meeting invitations to fellowship members

We access only the calendar.events scope and do not read or store your existing calendar data. You may revoke this access at any time via Google Account permissions. This feature is optional and does not affect core app functionality.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible

Important Theological Disclaimer: Disciplefy provides AI-generated study materials as supplementary tools. Our content does not replace formal biblical education or pastoral guidance. Users should verify all theological interpretations with established Christian doctrine.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Disciplefy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for tokens in the past 12 months
We do not guarantee the theological accuracy of AI-generated content

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through app settings. Unused tokens are forfeited upon account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraudulent behavior, or circumventing security measures.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes should first be directed to our support team. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to mediation. Legal proceedings must be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
